Would like to be able to change the font size of the content in the worksheet

We would like to be able to choose the font size of the content in the worksheet in order to have bigger rows, the rows could adjust automatically or we could maybe able to change the row size as well like we can do when a picture is there.

To include on this, I would like to be able to control the size of the header of the worksheet that is independent of the size of the row
