Observations in Data Model Designer

Possibility to manually write some observations regarding a specific column. Adding a field called 'Observations' similarly to the other ones ('calculation, on calculation, etc)
Will be nice to see the comments added as a tooltip when hovering over the fields in the end user (ie. views)
