Enhance the way the dates are handle by the formula wizard

When we want to use a date as a filter in the Formula Wizard it's currently too complicated as it's expecting a specific format. We would like to be able to use different date format and be sure it will continue to work on PC with different language that will display the dates differently (ex: yyyy-mm-dd, yyyy/mm/dd, mm/dd/yyyy)
