Cascading Excel Addin Data Extractions (grouping)

When we do a data extraction in the Excel Add-In we would like to be able to set grouping so that the data extraction generate Excel grouping with the data generated with the Data Extraction.

Also, to add to this, we are also having issues with doing a group by in the Excel Add-in when doing a data extraction. We only have the distinct records option, but not ability to do a group by to summarize the records. This is only available in the web.
