Sometime we use the same source value to define multiple destination value. As an example, the Account Code as a source will be used to define 4 different dimensions as a destination. So, we could have only 1 transformation with the list of account with the ability to set multiple values as a destination. In the fields screen we would require the ability to choose the transformation but also the destination value to be used.
