Add the Daylight Saving time logic in the distribution module

The distribution module does not currently manage the daylight saving, we have to manually change the time twice a year. Is it possible to add a logic that will do the change automatically or manage properly the daylight saving time.

This is would super beneficial for our customers, some have 70+ jobs, so it's not ideal manually updating them one by one

This would be amazing if this was done, this catches me out every year at which point I then have to go through multiple report and manually edit the schedules time. This would be a very welcome enhancment.
